In order to create unique tastes in Şile, Marin Balık procures many of their products from natural product growers in Şile village markets. Kandıra’s famous buffalo yoghurt reminds us of Şile’s famous pumpkin dessert, that is, the tastes we have forgotten.
Among our appetizers, helium cheese with walnuts marinated with fresh thyme, black pepper and fish pastry with soy garlic oil sauce are both delicious and very famous. A few other examples among the entree starters; grilled octopus, fish mackerel.
In addition to these delicacies, marinated sea bass with orange and lakerda are among the things you can’t get enough of.
