Jash Kinaliada (Herman Chef)

“Jash” mean “Aş (in Turkish food) is a need that human beings have to live with, but want difference.

Coming from the city to the seaside, Jash awaits you on Kinaliada with seafood dishes in addition to its classic menu. Great appetizers, a special location and service combined make it a really perfect place. Herman Chef, who has worked in the kitchens of Turkey and Greece for years, is in head of the kitchen.

You can go to breakfast in the morning and swim in the sea from the beach in front of Jash Kinaliada. You can choose your lunch and dinner from 70 types of appetizers and 48 types of entree starters. There are also main dishes such as fish of the day, meatballs and shishs, but Jash is essentially an appetizer and entree starter restaurant. You can try appetizers and entree starters such as zinnur, fish shish, Cunda wrap (sea bass stuffed with shrimp and crab), jumbo shrimp wrapped in sole fish and mustard sauce.
